Description: We are Switzerland based looking to outsource our requirement of Content Writing and Development Service. We are looking for providing quality writing in English and French through printed materials as well as through its website for which they are looking to establish long-term agreements with professional writers for our key documents and website.

Scope:
1. Provider will be providing writing services in following areas:
a. ANALYTICAL/CRITICAL WRITING that may include literature reviews, working with multiple data sources and formulating and writing to a point of view and voice.
b. REPORT WRITING that may include working with multiple focal points for information as well as researching and interviewing.
c. FEATURE STORY WRITING for the web site or other publications which may include interviewing people for information.
d. SPEECH WRITING and op-ed (opinion editorial)
e. GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS WRITING which may include press releases, briefing notes, talking points and statements.
f. GRANT PROPOSAL.
2. Service Provider will be responsible for the delivery and receipt of work in electronic format.
3. The scope of each task, deadline for completion and other modalities will be mutually agreed upon through the focal point in writing in advance to each assignment.
4. Required Skills:
a. Published writer with proven track record;
b. Specialized knowledge of HIV issues is a strong asset;
c. Clear writing style;
d. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and ability to do research;
e. Sensitivity to the cultural context and the focus audience;
f.Adaptability and flexibility required to work under pressure and to meet short deadlines; and
g. Good IT skills.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 15, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
