Scope:
1. preparation, writing and reviewing briefings of materials and speeches
2. Developing reference material and provide one-time announcements, bulletins and alerts
3. Editing, reviewing and finalizing technical documents drafted
4. Creating and maintaining procedures for use by analysis teams
5. Reports based on technical data and information from various sources.
