Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Content Development Service. We are looking for provider to manage website content in a more structured and efficient manner.

Scope:
1. To devolve content contribution to local areas whilst retaining control of website design and brand centrally.
2. Allow non-technical contributors to create and publish content to the website.
3. The project has been initiated to either
Lot 1: purchase, implement and support a Web Content Management System (CMS) or
Lot 2: contract an organisation to provide a Web Content Management Service.
4. The programme will commence in the first quarter of 2011.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 7, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
