Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Design and Implementation of Web Portal.

Scope:
1. Objectives and goals are:
- Continue to improve and expand the Web Portal
- Design enhancements and increase operational capabilities of the platform - Ensure that the system remains dependable and fully operational
- Provide all labor and licensing required accomplishing the identified required tasks
2. Operations and maintenance of the Web Portal
3. The Web Portal utilizes a GIS-based application to support integration of camera data, vessel tracking and vehicle traffic data.
4. Document sharing is provided through a customized web application that offers multiple levels of authentication tied to user login account profiles
5. Weekly modifications to the database and operational system.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 15, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
